JUjitsu Classes

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art, self-defense and combat sport that focus on grappling, wrestling and ground fighting. The art was taken from Japanese martial art. JJ can be used for sport and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition and is great for developing balance, speed. These classes are taught right here Shito-Ryu Karate Club in Lahore, Pakistan.

Kick Boxing Classes

Kickboxing is western fighting style,world famous & fastest martial arts.Kickboxing is the most effective program for getting a flatter tummy,toned arms and a tight butt.The coolest part is that you don't need any experience to get started and the classes are more fun than any other workout

M.M.A Classes

Mixed Martial Arts(MMA) as we teach it here in Shito-Ryu Karate Club is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques from various disciplines such as Western Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling and Jujitsu. The rules allow the use of both striking, Kickboxing and grappling techniques, both while on the ground or standing.

Boxing Classes

Kids Martial arts

Kids Martial Arts have been one of the best tools for teaching children of all ages to become more confident, disciplined and focused.Kids who learn Karate, Kung-Fu typically get better grades, have a higher self-esteem and have learned how to defend themselves from – mentally and physically against a neighborhood or school bully.

Kung fu Classes

Kung Fu is martial arts of China. Kung Fu have thousands of fighting styles that have developed over the centuries in China. These fighting styles are often classified according to common traits, identified as families, sects or schools of martial arts, we also offer kung Fu classes at our club

MUay Thai classes

Muay Thai , often referred to as Muay Thai  is a combat sport from Thailand that combines Punching, Kickboxing, Knee and Elbow strikes along with various clinching techniques. A descendent from Muay Boran, Muay Thai Kickboxing is Thailand’s national sport. Fortunately, you don’t need to go to Thailand; these classes are available right here in Shito-Ryu Karate Club in Lahore, Pakistan

Self-Defence classes

Self-defense is the act of defending one’s person against attack by the use of physical force.Self-defense is defend to against attacks & analyze the techniques and important is to know the strengths and weaknesses. We also train: Armed and Unarmed Self defence.
